This policy describes how the game Neon Scape ("the game", "we") collects, uses, and protects player data. By using the game, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Data we collect

The game works offline and does not create or manage a Neon Scape account. On supported mobile platforms, Play Games or Game Center may sign in silently using the platform account already configured on the device.

• Platform game services: Play Games or Game Center processes the platform identity used for leaderboards and Cloud Save. Neon Scape does not run its own authentication service and does not store your email address.
• Game data: score, experience points (XP), virtual coins, power-up levels, and high score may be saved through the platform's game services.
• Usage data: gameplay events and technical app information may be processed by Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is used and improve it.
• Crash diagnostics: on Android and iOS, Firebase Crashlytics may process stack traces, relevant technical app state, device metadata, and an installation identifier to detect and fix crashes.

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, or sensitive data. There are no real-money purchases — all coins are virtual and have no monetary value.

2. How we use the data

• Display your score and XP on the game's public leaderboard.
• Save and sync your progress (coins, high score) across sessions and devices.
• Understand usage patterns in aggregate to improve the game.
• Diagnose failures and improve app stability.

3. Storage and processors

Leaderboards and game saves are stored and processed by Google Play Games on Android or Apple Game Center on iOS. Usage data and crash diagnostics are processed by Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, in accordance with the Firebase privacy policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR and Brazil's LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018), you may request at any time:

• Access to data associated with the platform game-services account;
• Correction of inaccurate data;
• Deletion of saved game data through the controls provided by Google or Apple.

Account identity, leaderboards, and Cloud Save are controlled by the platform provider. Use the Play Games or Game Center account and game-data controls to manage them. Contact us at the email below for privacy questions about Neon Scape.

5. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect children's data. If we become aware that a child has provided data, it will be removed.
